Unfinished Project: How $11 cost me $133
http://richardbashara.blogspot.com/2009/11/how-11-cost-me-133.html
Friday, November 6, 2009. How $11 cost me $133. To Whom It May Concern,. Today I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and it happened with Chase Bank. I have been a customer of Washington Mutual since I was 16 years old and I cashed my first paycheck from a summer camp I worked at. I’m now 26, that is ten years. Banks (and some of their employees) are SO removed from real life it hurts sometimes. Sorry about your issues man. November 6, 2009 at 2:54 PM.

Unfinished Project: August 2009
http://richardbashara.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 17, 2009. An Event in the (Extra)Ordinary Weekend of the Mundanely Imaginative. It all started with Bagels, Lox, and cream-cheese. The dragon that guards my mountain sanctuary requested these during a temporary lapse in slumber. Fully waking her without bagels would be playing with a bomb. After I was charged with this quest, I had to slip past the guards the mountain dragon had stationed there. I jumped from the roof to land delicately on each of the rockets, clutching them with my toes b...

Unfinished Project: We are at dinner
http://richardbashara.blogspot.com/2009/01/we-are-at-dinner.html
Sunday, January 25, 2009. We are at dinner. 8220;Jessica,” he said, “I'm afraid you may have out done yourself.” He smiled in the manner of an old southern gentleman and let the words come out in a drawl. It was not often that he made jokes, so Jessica was truly pleased. He listened to her laugh, a lovely sound, deep enough to sound inviting with enough volume as to be non-offensive. 8221; It was an honest question, free from comments about drinks or the setting. What is it that you want to know? Look at...

Unfinished Project: July 2008
http://richardbashara.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2008. Winchester’s, Six-Shooters, and Destiny. This was the story that got Mona Houghton to exclaim "I've never read such unabashedly male texts as yours Richard"). ACT I: The Thrill of the Hunt. I run fingers through her hair, and kiss her forehead. She wraps her arms around me and I find myself wondering whether this is it, can I rest here? Finally I’ll have peace. It doesn’t matter to her who I killed, or for what reasons. She only cares about how I treat her, an...The eyes laid ope...

Unfinished Project: The beginning of a new Harold Story, and some randomness at the end
http://richardbashara.blogspot.com/2009/01/beginning-of-new-harold-story-and-some.html
Sunday, January 18, 2009. The beginning of a new Harold Story, and some randomness at the end. He did not waste time thinking about her reading of his journal, for longer than it took time for him to notice that the event had occurred. He was merely that type of person. Self centered, though with a purpose. Harold had once considered his work of the utmost importance, that is until he met Bernie Madoff. She responded, “what you do, but I never could.”. 8220;Because you have brains for it.”. Jessica smile...
