東高西低の冬型の気圧配置だと、この地には雪は降らず晴天になることが多い。雪は北アルプスに山々に落ち、冷たい風だけがこの地を襲う。なので、気温は低い。零下15度を超えて冷える。寒いが雪はそんなに多くないのが、この地の特徴だ。西風が強い日は、特に冷えるのだ。 太平洋側を低気圧が発達しながら通過する気圧配置になると、この地でも雪となる。関東地方でもこの場合は雪なることが多いとか。この低気圧は南岸低気圧と呼ぶのだということを最近知った。昨年2月の大雪もこのパターンだった。東京が雪ならこの地も雪だ。通年を通して、関東地方の天気がほぼ、この地の天気だ。テレビの天気予報は、いつも長野の天気はあてにならず、東京の天気を見ている。 そんな様子を、タイムラスプ撮影をしてみた。昨日の雪が降る様子と、今日の午後の様子。湿った雪が木の枝について、段々下がってくる様子が見える。 今年は、ちょっと異色の景品だった。それは地域特産の農業産品「へきなん美人」。おひとり様、10㎏の箱をど～んと丸ごとお持ち帰りだ。 今回は、塩尻にある運転免許センターにいくことにした。車で1時間ほどの距離だ。これなら...違反歴のあるわが身は今回もまたまた3...
