On the 13th September 2014 I will be taking part in "Survive the Yomp", a 30 mile "stroll" across the Scottish Highlands done in the style of the Royal Marines (i.e. fast and carrying more weight than seems sensible! A mentality that is drummed into Marines during training is to "keep moving forwards". These pages are my attempt to do exactly that and create some momentum to get me through the difficult days.
