白天工作是为了活着，晚上我爱烘焙是为了生活。这样人生才会快乐才会快活。哈哈哈。好久都没有进来博客，一半是忙而来是没有什么特别的作品与大家分享。距离华人新年还有三个星期，开始再忙制作手工年品。今年选择比较心意的食谱来做，那天无意间看见一位很棒的网友分享她的风梨酥。昨日我就用了她的食谱（饼皮）做了两款风梨酥的造型。 A) 牛油 250克，糖粉50克. C) 香草精 1/2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙. D) 低筋面粉 380克，奶粉30克. 将材料A打发至松，将材料B 一粒加入打匀，再加入。加入材料C ,搅拌匀。过后才加入材料D 用plastic 括刀板拌匀既可，不是过度用力拌匀。皮的份量每粒 12克，黄梨馅8克（共20克一粒）. 三粒大黄梨，切皮去眼，用果汁机搅拌或用刨，连水一起下锅（不沾锅）煮可以加入一个肉桂，一茶匙柠檬汁用中火煮。 Japaneses Vanila Cream Puff / Strawberry Fresh Cream Puff.
