I doubt there is an Olympic sport in any country that does not have programs like these as the corner stone of their development system. We stayed in the Siesta Suites, which had a kitchen and allowed us to make our meals rather then spending a bunch of money at restaurants. As usual, our pre-race supper consistended of rice, chicken and lots of vegetables; yum yum yum! Of course, since we didn’t want our food to burn and catch on fire, I made dinner while Sam sat on the couch and watched Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. Thanks to my pare...
