Good morning, as the weather changes it reminds us all of the constant need to take care of ourselves. Many people feel the affects of the season changes and impacts on one's mood and outlook. How to help yourself during the shifts? I say wear a warm sweater! It is important to be aware of your feelings and thoughts and I really believe that routine is key.
