I have no experience at using Kwiksurveys, but I have used Google Forms and Survey Monkey to draw up questionnaires and whilst I have found them both to be very easy to use (remember that when I get stuck I like to get help form the online video tutorials available) I tend to prefer using Survey Monkey as I seem to have got accustomed to its features and style.
