Wow, a crazy weather week even by Calgary standards, and I know lots of Spin Sister friends have been taking advantage of the warmth and fitted in an "in town" bike ride. We are lucky in Calgary to have a few places to ride single track in the city itself: Fish Creek, Bowmont, Nose Hill, and, for the moment at least, COP Eastlands.
