Fees charged for House Call visits include:. 1 Concierge subscription charge. This charge of $150 dollars monthly / $450 quarterly is billed every three months. This fee is unchanged if a patient has many visits or none during that month. This fee is not covered by any secondary insurance but is the responsibility of the patient or family. This year Medicare now has many forms of Medicare and only some pay for House-Call Visits. Pays for your visit charge. Medicare Advantage -Fee for Service (PFFS) plans.
