Living the adventure...: February 2008

Wednesday, February 27, 2008. The Soothing Sound of a Vacuum. There's something soothing about hearing a vacuum hum along. Maybe it's the fact that it's getting something clean, and then again maybe it's because vacuuming is an easy accomplishment. Either way, this morning was a wonderful day to celebrate the invention of the vacuum. (I know, you're all thinking I'm crazy right about now.). I can't wait to get home tonight and walk on the fresh carpets! Friday, February 22, 2008. Weird Noises In The Night.

All About the Leedle's. Just a little peak at a day in the life of the Leedle's. Monday, March 31, 2008. Of course, Mason had to break into his chocolate SpongeBob right away. And here are some other pictures from random events over the last few weeks. Mason had a birthday party for his stuffed chameleon, Iggy. Not to be confused with Little Iggy, her daughter (in the basketball wristband). We put cheese-its on their plates instead of cake. Posted by The Leedle's. Sunday, March 2, 2008. Born July 21, 2002.

All About the Leedle's. Just a little peak at a day in the life of the Leedle's. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Birthdays, Dozer Day, Sooo Big and Other Exciting Events. Here are some recent pictures of our adventures in random order (basically the way I pasted them in here). There is something so sweet about the side profile of a baby's head - so precious. The first of many Sooo Big pictures of Molly (her latest trick) - she always tilts her head to the side and gives a sly smile. For once, not at each ...

Well this is the very first post of the All About the Leedle's blog so I guess I'd better make it a good one. Today was an exciting day - Heidi, Mason and Aunt Katie took the train down to Chicago and went to the Shedd Aquarium. It was awesome! Thanks, Aunt Katie for the best Christmas present ever! Well, we've got a busy day tomorrow - ice fishing for the boys in the morning, a...

Living the adventure...: May 2008
http://bigsaps.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 19, 2008. Since the last posting on May 1:. 1 Becky turned 31! 2 We made $119 at my mom's garage sale (minus the $80 in gas to get to MI we made $39). 3 We went to the Brewers/Cardinals game on May 9. The first inning was the best for the Cardinals so we're glad we got to see that inning, but we left early and enjoyed not getting stuck in post game traffic. :). Thursday, May 1, 2008. Our First Weekend Apart. But God graciously provided a friend and her two sons who will be road tripping it wi...

Living the adventure...: July 2008
http://bigsaps.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 7, 2008. The past month has been filled with wonderful opportunities for Brian and I to reconnect with friends and family. While Stevens were here, we had a Crossroad (this was the name of the singles group at Spring Creeek when I was in it) reunion. It was fun getting to catch-up with people I haven't seen in years and to hear how God is working in their lives. And time together at the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival. The hardest part about each visit is the last few hours when Anna and Alyss...

Living the adventure...: Looking for a Rain Cloud
http://bigsaps.blogspot.com/2009/08/looking-for-rain-cloud.html
Thursday, August 20, 2009. Looking for a Rain Cloud. During my quiet time this morning, I was reading from the poetry book "If" by Amy Carmichael. The above poem took me off guard because I couldn't figure out what in the world it was talking about. Then I realized that there was a Bible reference at the bottom of the page. So I turned to 1 Kings 18:41-45 and God opened my heart to a valuable lesson. Adventures in Mother Venture. Hi Becky. Im glad to see you are posting! You will have three inches in you...

Tuesday, June 3, 2008. Salad just for me because he knew I liked it. It's amazing to think that it's been a year and that now we're married! In celebration, we spent the evening together and got to enjoy dinner, a walk and reading together. It was really nice not to have any set plans and to just be able to relax together. Updates on other things in life:. So that's life right now. Brian and I are both plugging away at work and when we're not working we're totally enjoying being married!

Living the adventure...: December 2008
http://bigsaps.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15, 2008. We were engaged last October, so when the holidays came around, we had to decide how we were going to share our time. We ended up spending Thanksgiving with Brian's family in Minnesota, Christmas here with my mom and sister who came in from Michigan, and then Christmas with Brian's family as we visited his grandma in Missouri. And with each Christmas event came the need to buy gifts. Buying gifts for two nieces and a nephew is fun! I'm really enjoying the simplicity thus far, i...
