My only description that I have is that it's like we are Weebles. Remember those round bottom toys? Weebles wobble but they don't fall down." Two Girls.One Journey. Thursday, April 23, 2015. Where do I begin.it's been a while since I have given thought to blogging. Not sure what to say or if I even want to say it. The emotions are still raw. Even though I am sure those thoughts were in her head a lot. I remember the day we received the news of her diagnosis. She was heartbroken and scared but, the one thing I remember is Mom and Dad hugging and mom saying to him, "I am so sorry." She was apologizing.how could that be? Links to this post.

Sunday, February 23, 2014. Horizon Elementary School had a Skate Night at Skate North. There were tons of kids, most of them falling every few feet. I am shocked there were no broken bones. By the end of the night these adorable elementary kids were sweaty and stinky. it smelled like a locker room in there by the end of the night. Lauren and Katelyn (soccer buddy). Saturday, March 22, 2014. Spring Break Water Park. We stayed at the Radisson near the Mall of America. I was impressed, I really had no idea how big it was in there! Lauren waiting for the body surfing. it was really cool. if nobody else was in the place. I would have totally done it! Charlie wasn't so sure about all of this at first. but in not time at all he was running back to the top of the slides and having a blast! Elise and Charlie on the slide! Not sure who is in there. it's one of the three!

Lauren is a cheerleader monster, Giada Grimes is Katniss from the Hunger Games, Elise is a pirate and Saydie Monahan is Anger from the movie Inside Out. What a crew of girls. big 5th graders! Monday, October 27, 2014. A night at the High Life! After a long day of soccer we went to the High Life Lounge downtown for drinks and dinner. Roger and Sharon joined us too! Nothing like a little PBR on tap. We saw these Octoberfest German people. Roger bet Elise she couldn't get a hug from them, so, she asked if she could get her picture taken with them and then said thanks a got a hug from both of them. $10 for Elise. it was hilarious!
