Intake / Employment Prep. Individuals must have a Developmental Disability. Individuals must be Disabilities Services eligible. Individuals must be able to get to and from job site without reliance on Selections staff. Individuals must take medication independently as staff members are not permitted to administer medication of any type. Individuals under guardianship must have guardian approval. (a copy of the Guardianship Order is required for the individual’s file). Our AGM is only one month away!

Intake / Employment Prep. Application package can be found in the Forms section of this site. Once completed it is returned to the Selections office. The initial information is reviewed; If Selections is able to meet the individual’s needs, a program orientation/intake interview will be arranged.
