La Dolce far Niente. The sweetnest of doing nothing. Easy as 1-2-3 monthsary dinner. January 16, 2013. We do celebrate our monthsary, usually with gourmet dinner at home with a bottle of wine. This one is Salisbury steak with baked potatoes and corn on the side. The steak was very simple, just ground beef/pork with different dried herbs and spices. The gravy was made from the drippings.all of it! Just add in butter, flour and chicken stock. Our favorite comfort food. Fighting winter coldness and dry cough.

La Dolce far Niente. The sweetnest of doing nothing. Yes it’s my first time! January 26, 2013. Today I ran my very first marathon. It’s actually a long-distance relay race (Ekiden 駅伝). Of course I still want to look girly and cute even though I’m almost on the verge of passing out haha. Fortunately I didn’t). My inner long sleeved shirt and light windbreaker are from adidas, and my tights and skirt are from Nike. I also got my heart monitor just to know if I’m in my safe zone. My version of wedding soup.
