Aug 23, 2012. More pictures from the first day of school. She loved her first day. I'm biting my fingernails til she comes home this afternoon. She's riding the bus. I never thought she'd be riding the bus. I'm missing her like crazy. The little kids are napping and this is the time that she and I usually have all to ourselves to read, play cards, cook, do laundry. I'm lost without my pal and helper. It's just all quiet. Aug 23, 2012. My heart walked on that bus and drove away this morning. She couldnt have been more excited to ride that big yellow bus with her best buddy. Then she was gone. Jul 25, 2012. Ada Claire Turns 2! What a fun day we had celebrating Ada on Monday! She's such a little doll in so many ways. She's the girliest girl, too. Here's a shot of her as we busted in her room singing to her. She wasnt quite sure what was going on. Opening her presents from Maggie, Noel Isaac and me and Jeff. She loves her little doll. Nov 13, 2011. Beginning to Come Up for Air. Life has been so unusual lately that it's hard to really remember the details of it all. We've done lots of moving, unpacking boxes, travelling West for Jude's funeral then a work trip, and trying to still live life with 3 kids who still have all of their normal needs. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Update on my niece Abigail. Well, your prayers have worked. Abigail had her surgery this past week and so far everything has been going well. They were able to completely connect her stomach and esophagus! She is still in the NICU and will remain there to make sure there are no leaks, but the doctors are optimistic that Abigail will be able to go home and feed by mouth very soon! Things around here are great! Just gearing up for Reese's 4th birthday.wow 4! Great news, Caren!

Thursday, November 11, 2010. Older pictures.but need to finally post them! My darling dancer at her recital in June.they were the perfect flower garden. She loved getting her make up and hair done. The baby birds that were living in our bushes (while they were learning to fly) this past spring. Reese on a corporate private jet.Delta will rent you one for about $40,000! We were at the Delta Block Party at our headquarters near the airport in May. Just had to post this picture as it is one of my favs!
