The daily happenings of a Stay at Home Mom

The daily happenings of a Stay at Home Mom. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Smoked Turkey Shepard's Pie. I found a similar recipe to this in a Rachel Ray cookbook years ago. I've spent the last few years tweaking it to my taste and the final result is YUMMY! Meanwhile, chop the carrots, celery and onions and set aside. You can add whatever veggies your family likes. Add 2 Tbs flour and cook 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock. Cook 3-5 minutes. Next add 1/2 cup of sour cream. 1 lbs ground turkey.

The daily happenings of a Stay at Home Mom. Saturday, January 14, 2012. My favorite Green Monster. I've been hearing about all the Green Monster smoothies for months now, but was too chicken to try it myself. Last week my mother-in-law begged me to make one, and now a week later, I'm addicted! There are a million different ways to make them but this is my favorite. 2 Tbsp peanut butter. 1/2 bunch of fresh spinach. Next add the yogurt and milk. Fill the rest of the blender with your spinach.

http://shannonssimplelife.blogspot.com/2012/01/cheesy-cresent-dogs.html

The daily happenings of a Stay at Home Mom. Monday, January 16, 2012. This is a great meal when you realize it's already 6pm and you haven't started dinner yet. The three ingredients are always in my fridge so it's perfect. 1 package of crescent rolls. 2 slices of American cheese. Set the over to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Slice each hot dog down the center and add slivers of cheese. Roll the hot dog into the crescent roll and place on baking sheet with the cheese side facing up.

Shannon's Shorthand | My Thoughts On Everything Under The Sun

My Thoughts On Everything Under The Sun. Stuff I Like– September 2015. September 29, 2015. So this day is off to a lousy start. The kids are home sick from school (Leo has nasty cold symptoms, Tess has a fever and nausea) and I am missing a doctor’s appointment which is now rescheduled for November(! I saw these at Sprouts the other day on their new seasonal pumpkin display and they are wheat-free and corn-free so I bought them. And both kids love them! I will have to stock up before they disappear.

Shannon's Silly Slideshow of News. Friday, 30 October 2009. I'm really not that much into Halloween except for the dress up. Shannons Singing Time Ideas

Shannons Singing Time Ideas. Saturday, February 23, 2013. I thought that because it was Valentines Day, we should do a valentines activity. But first, I had them sing My Heavenly Father Loves Me, a couple times for practice. Once all the hearts were glued on, I closed my eyes and pointed to a heart, and we sang the kids favorite songs. After singing time, I snuck down to the bishops office, and taped our Valentine to his door. PLACE CONTAINERS on a BAKING SHEET, as this WILL MAKE A MESS! Once the fizz ha...
