Friday, March 15, 2013. 1/8 C olive oil. 2 tbsp white vinegar. 2 tbsp fresh lime juice. 2 tbsp lime zest. 1 1/2 tsp honey. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1/2 tsp chili powder. 1 tsp hot sauce. 1 lb tilapia filets or other whitefish. 8 oz greek yogurt. 1/2 seasoning packet "chipotle rub" (I found one on the isle with the marinade packets). 2 tbsp fresh lime juice. 2 tsp lime zest. 1/4 tsp chili powder. S and p to taste. 1 pkg corn tortillas. 1 combine all ingredients and pour over fish filets. S and p to taste.
