The day to day of losing 60 pounds in a year. I have thyroid problems that have made weight management a joke! Time to win the war. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. SO my friend called me again and asked if i wanted to go for another walk. my shin muscles were killing me! But i said ok. uphill was fine, downhill damn near killed me! Happily i had a massage booked for that afternoon and she also did acupunture on my shins. here's hoping i can WALK tomorrow LOL. Btw - the scale was UP this morning. pissed off.
