One Life. No Regrets.: April 2009
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Monday, April 20, 2009. Alright, enough with the training details and onto the main event! Every once in a while my emotions would get the best of me and I would start to choke up, but I soon discovered that I couldn't cry and breath at the same time. Haha. When you are trying to drink something. Except for the one at the very end. Thankfully the sky stayed overcast for until about 10am and even when the sky did clear up there was always a breeze. Part of me even thought that I woul...

One Life. No Regrets.: Day Three - Regret
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2010/07/day-three-regret.html
One Life. No Regrets. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Day Three - Regret. After a long day Johnny returned to his quarters. Quietly he sat down on his bed, earlier events running through his mind. An overwhelming sense of grief hit him like a blow to the chest. He grimaced at this unforeseen agony. He had been too concerned with himself, not just tonight but for the past several weeks. Missing one night was one thing, but several? It was inexcusable. How could he have been so stupid? Day Three - Regret. I consid...

One Life. No Regrets. Thursday, July 22, 2010. Day Four - Juliet, Day Five - Heartbreak. Day Four and Five in one post, sorry. Emotions can be overwhelming and lately they are all sad topics in my writing. For Day Four I chose to write about Juliet. I simply love the story of Romeo and Juliet. I often put myself in her shoes, trying to imagine how hard loving Romeo must have been. Beautiful story, tragic ending. They had spent the rest of the night walking through the lovely gardens of exotic flowers....

One Life. No Regrets.: August 2009
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Wednesday, August 12, 2009. I am now a resident of Arizona! I moved down to Winslow - you know, "Standin' on the Corner." - two and a half weeks ago. It took me a few days to get over the homesickness, but now I honestly love it here! Yeah, they make fun of it in the movie. I've also been cliff jumping at Clear Creek, driven an amazing Jaguar convertible, ran a 10k, eaten at the Rootbeer Stand, and visited the Little Painted Desert. First we went to the zoo! I consider myself fairly...

One Life. No Regrets.: October 2008
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Now I have been riding for a full five weeks. I love every minute I get to spend with the horses. There is something entirely relaxing when I am around them. I know it may sound crazy, but they have taught me so much. This is the happiest I have been in a long time. I don't feel lonely anymore and I have so much confidence! Now, I think it is time to introduce my horse, Tulsa:. This week I have started cantering and boy does Tulsa like to run! I consider my...

One Life. No Regrets.: January 2015
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Saturday, January 10, 2015. I haven't posted anything in a long time but I am in a very contemplative mood tonight and decided to write about running. This post is a brief glimpse of running for me. It doesn't even begin to capture all of the moments I've had with running but maybe I can catch a few moments so you can see a brief snapshot of what running is to me. So why do I run? What does it feel like? Why is it so addicting? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I consider myself fairly op...

One Life. No Regrets. Thursday, February 19, 2009. Alright, so I'm not really in love. I'm not even dating anyone, but I figured it would be a good title for New Year's and Valentine's Day. :) Let's start with New Year's. I made one resolution and I've thought about others, although I haven't come up with anything. Anyway, my resolution is to run a marathon! I'll post pics soon. :) We ended up in Trenton and Clifton, even all the way up to Swan Lake and Downey! This week I have been subbing for a 7th gra...

One Life. No Regrets.: June 2015
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Sunday, June 14, 2015. I love running so so much but running while pregnant is HARD. It hasn't been hard the whole time though. During my 1st trimester running was easy. I could push myself with normal workouts and my pace didn't change. I felt great while I was running - not so great otherwise from nausea. If we quit every time we felt uncomfortable we wouldn't achieve anything.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I consider myself fairly optimistic. I like doing things, especially n...

One Life. No Regrets.: June 2012
http://onelifenoregrets.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
One Life. No Regrets. Tuesday, June 19, 2012. I know it has been forever since I actually posted something on my blog but here you go! I have finally met the love of my life, Clint Hortin. He is so amazing and he makes me so happy. We are officially engaged and here's the story! For some reason I thought if I had his hand he wouldn't propose - real logical, I know. Plus I didn't want to take my attention off of him, in case he all of a sudden ended up on one knee. And that's the story! He knows me well!
