適度な距離である 基本間合 を中心に 近間 遠間 も使い分けることができたらな、と思います。 先 をとる修練を繰り返すことで 勘 を養い、 運気 を高めることに繋がればと思います。 挨拶 返事は、気持ちが相手に伝わらなければなりませんので、 目 と 声 と しぐさ で行うことが大切です。 少林寺拳法では 合掌礼 で挨拶を行いますが、頭を垂れるのではなく、しっかり顔 目をみて、丹田を相手にあわせ、合掌礼で敬意を示すことが肝要です。 知っていて悪いことをするのと、知らないで悪いことをするのと、どちらが罪が深いか ということから 自己確立 の話をしました。 ウォーミングアップ ジャンプ、歩調駆足、かえるさん うさぎさん あかちゃん. 相対修練 連続ミット蹴り 相対 、ミット受即反攻. 次回も、 半ばは自己の仕合せを、半ばは他人の仕合せを 我在りと感ずる我は仮の我 真の我は見えず感ぜず という調和の心を育む修練を目指してまいります。

開祖忌法要 修練日誌 5/10 2016. 全力で ごまかさない 楽しく を合言葉に八方目の指導も兼ねて行いました。 次回も、 歪まず 力まず 詰まらせず に気をつけて、楽しんでまいります。 基本修練では運歩法と突き 蹴り 受けを行い、相対での受身修練 横転より起上り も行いました。 少林寺拳法の修練を通して、逃げない心、傷つかない心、 大丈夫 行けます やります と実践する心を育みます。 技術的には、 自分がこう動きたいからする のではなく 相手の体勢がこうだから、また、相手をこのように導きたいからこう動く ということに気をつけることが要です。 佐藤副道院長は、昨年に行われた部長 監督資格認定研修会 臨時 に受講して、４月から高原町でスポーツ少年団支部を立ち上げる予定です。
