There are stories about parents fighting for the educational rights of their children- unfortunatly they don't often become big news items. Office of Civil Rights (OCR), because Kristopher was disciplined for behavior related to his disability and denied access to a free and appropriate education. OCR said since Kristopher died and there could be no resolution, they couldn't investigate.
