八月 30, 2015. 跳制是一份刊物, 還是…. 當資本主義不敗; 當各式各樣的基層–階級、性多元、性別、種族、經濟、不同身體智力狀況、精神科病的病類、年齡、家庭病歷及崗位、職業、學歷、社會服務類別、宗教等等等等的體制壓迫仍存; 當精神科與藥廠的醫療勾結持續; 當大部份人仍然擁抱正常生活及活在 正常中心 文化的系統…….我們理應是一場不會完的運動? 可惜，在出版兩期刊物及減害手冊之後，近年成員在精神病運動、社運、 工作、 家庭和個人身心探索， 不同範疇上鬆綁和前進，以致大家生活接縫空間漸少，甚至聚合討論以達成共識的機會也越難得，令跳制經歷長時間停滯。 這場運動, 這場實驗…. 跳制刊物成員在不同層面都不會再使用跳制名義; 跳制網絡版(wordpress)會繼續保存; 跳制的facebook群組，將不設admin，讓大家開放交流。 感激各位同行, 祝 繼續跳不同的掣/制! 而每當別人抑鬱你硬著頭皮去安慰去輔導，不停按耐著自己 不應該judgemental ， 不應該怪罪於個人而是要看到他抑鬱背後的結構 ，其實是無限地鞭策自己要教條式地禁欲，禁止那一切對 負面情緒 的憎恨，逼自己有耐性等。
