Wednesday, April 25, 2012. What I wore: Mommy Style}. In the past week or so I have done 2 things that have helped me a lot. 1) I chopped my hair. SO much easier for me to take care of. 2) Invested in eyelash extensions.best decision ever. The illusion of make-up with NO effort. Seriously, if you are in the Fresno or Sacramento area let me know! I will hook you up with Christina. I still have the postpartum body. But I haven't done anything to improve it. Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Today Blake's Battalion got together and had a family day. The morning was spent watching the soldiers doing things like playing volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, tug of war, and relays. The kids had face painting and a bounce house. We got to have lunch - hamburgers and hot dogs and there were vehicles that the kids were able to see. Jacob did NOT like the bounce house. Playing on the rope bridge. (His feet are off the ground.). Watching the soldiers run relays with sandbags.

Monday, April 30, 2012. Two posts in one day! Not really. But we had a REALLY yummy dinner tonight and I wanted to share it. 2 ½ lbs chuck steak, cut into bite size pieces. 1 pkg onion soup mix. 1 – 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (I used fire roasted). Green pepper, diced. 1 tsp beef bullion granules. Preheat oven to 350*. Line 13x9” pan with foil and add chuck steak. Sprinkle steak with soup mix. Drain diced tomatoes, reserving juices. Add tomatoes and peppers to steak. Mix ½ c cold water and flour.

It is colored orange for Halloween and they are calling it "Orange Chocolate Halloween Milk." Too bad the commissary doesn't have it. I have to go off post to Walmart for it. Thursday, November 10, 2011. Not really much of an update picture wise. That will come later tonight. Other then that, we've just been getting settled back in after 2 months of being away. Cleaning up dead Rollie pollies, dead roaches, dead geckos, dead fish, and dead plants. We did have someone feeding the fish and plants but . . . oh, well! Today is Jacob's 3rd birthday! Some stats for the boys as of yesterday:. Josh - 24 lbs and 34" tall. Jacob - 42 lbs and 42" tall. They are getting so big!
