Let’s just laugh. July 12, 2015. Here’s to mistakes. Beautiful, glorious, hilarious mistakes. Everyone makes embarassing mistakes when they learn another language. I spent my whole year abroad in Italy telling people that I had 23 asses (ho 23 ani), instead of saying I was 23 years old (ho 23 anni). But mistakes are a normal part of learning. It’s our attitude to them which makes the difference between being afraid to open our mouths and getting stuck, or having fun and learning. Learn English fact #2.
