My shoulder feels good, with occasional imflammation flares of the biceps tendon. I’m managing that by not pinching this tendon (by not allowing my shoulder to roll in). Notes on a volleyball chick’s shoulder decompression surgery and recovery. End of Week 2. Bull;November 28, 2006 • Leave a Comment. Tomorrow is going to be 2 weeks since surgery and things are going well. Some days have been better than other but no major events so far. I went to the office today for the first day and it was ok. I feel a little disconnected but that will pass. I found a very cute card from the volleyball team on my desk and it just made my day! I can’t wait to start physical therapy.
