We all need to vent it out every once in a while. There it was. Thinking back to the time when I heard myself saying outloud that anxiety is something that I would never experience. Shaking my head at my doctor telling him therapy and pills was a ridiculous thought and anxiety was not the answer. I was THAT person who foolishy said that I somewhat understood that people suffered from things like anxiety and depression but I don’t believe in it myself. And then came my second pregnancy. I do not like setting goals. However, I came across Cassy Ho. Cassy is a fitness instructor and a damn good one at that. She is highly motivational which is just what I need. Thanks to her channel on YouTube called Blogilates I have started to exercise again. I have been doing POPpilates for two days now. Its increased my energy and at the same time my thighs hurt.
