Groups of local students have been visiting this Lakeland farmhouse for almost 50 years, and for many it was their first trip to such a remote and beautiful part of the country. He has just enough time for one last boat trip before Christmas and liked the Shroppie so much last year that he's visiting again on December 6th. It was a record breaking bumper year thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors, organising committee and their helpers, and of course most importantly Santa and all the families who attended on Saturday night.
