For your reading pleasure. So I did a marathon. I canceled that year and went ahead and canceled last year as well, but this year I was doing it. Fortunately for my ego I finished. I went in knowing that in order to get a medal I needed to finish in 8 hours and 20 minutes. My official time was, 8:04:58. Moral of this story is, if you ever want to do a marathon, you totally can.
