Monday, 7 July 2014. Caravan Diaries: Pretty Lady. Glossy Turquoise (Sandtex col: Teal) retro inspired diagonal symmetry with wheel arch. Panels: patchy vs primer. The diagonal was a nod to a BBC documentary on British Caravanning, in which women were interviewed from the seventies school of new and avid family caravanners. Posted with apologies for the brief, imagery-lacking instructions. 120 vilene square and *iron onto t-shirt panels. Place in pairs and iron where you want to retain a logo on the 'face' (good side of cloth). Tip: here I cut the squares from iron-on Vilene (12x12cm) first to keep uniformity of size and prevent the jersey fabrics stretching out of place during sewing.
