I am a follower of Christ, still falling in love with Him. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, student and teacher. I LOVE MY CROC POT! 3-4 lb pork roast. 1 sliced red onion. Season roast with a pork rub (I used McCormicks). Add onions and then roast to the croc pot. Cover roast with water. Cook low 6-8. Drain roast, shred with 2 forks, discard onions.
