Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Chinese and Nachos and Ice Cream-OH MY! Week 3 has sucked! No way around it! I didn't make it to the gym once. I cried every time. Someone offered me help. I plugged my ears and screamed "I'M NOT LISTENING TO YOU" every time. Someone mentioned going to the gym or healthier choices or even a listening ear. I wanted nothing to do with anything remotely healthy this past week. I buried myself in my work and when I wasn't working, I tried to sleep. TRIED! I didn't even go to Wal.
