A journey in art. Girl in Beanie [Digital X Traditional]. December 10, 2016. December 10, 2016. A while back I made this. But never got around to posting. I have these process pictures up here as well to share with you. So initially I’ll take a picture of the pencil/ink sketch with my camera; open that picture in Photoshop; clear it up as much as I can without loosing the ‘natural'(? Some nice people wanted to see my drawing process and Youtube. Was the first thing I thought lol). Click to share on Pinte...

https://sisshartblog.wordpress.com/2016/11/04/woodland-elf
A journey in art. November 4, 2016. November 4, 2016. I’ve been working more loosely this week, not really finishing anything and therefore not posting but I feel weird not blogging so here is one of the drawings I’ve done this week. And below that is the digitally coloured version. I still have more detail to add and a simple background to work in but I’m liking it so far. Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Watercolour Jellyfish – Sissh Art
https://sisshartblog.wordpress.com/2017/01/12/watercolour-jellyfish
A journey in art. January 12, 2017. I painted these little sea nettles yesterday. I painted lots of abstracts while I was away in hopes of sharing when I return but somehow I don’t feel like posting any of them. Instead I have this oomph to just paint and share whatever comes to mind. – Like jellyfish! Which I just love (don’t touch these though – they sting! Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Acrylic Abstract Paintings – Sissh Art
https://sisshartblog.wordpress.com/2016/09/26/acrylic-abstract-paintings
A journey in art. September 26, 2016. September 26, 2016. Enchanted Passage, acrylic on canvas A3. Acrylic on canvas A4. I showed Enchanted Passage to my nieces and they said they saw a river and light (as well as some birds in areas) which was great (though the birds weren’t planned into the painting). Interestingly they also said they saw a dog playing guitar/a banjo while floating along which made me laugh but I found interesting. 😀. Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Love the simplicity 💕💜.
