Utgör öråden en samarbetspartner och remissinstans. 2016 års Krönikerspel Prishamna (12)-13-14 augusti. Only the mind is the limitation of what you are able to achieve. Still can’t get the flow right. I think also the development of today’s run was because of too bad hydration and too little nutrition. Because of my past problems with the digestion I seldom eat closer than 4-6 hours due to a run. Sometimes I’m very hungry when I go out….
