Saturday, October 30, 2010. David Easton and the Center Table. This week Linda, Megan and I were thrilled to interview noted architect and interior designer David Easton on The Skirted Roundtable. Never having heard him speak before, and only having read his interview on the NY Social Diary HERE. 8211; we didn’t know quite what to expect. Our interest was piqued when just before we started, his assistant wondered if we did any editing! In his own NYC apartment, an antique wood table divides the room&#...

All Texas Coast Design. All design Paris on the Texas Coast French Design In and Around Houston See it, buy it, live it and enjoy it! Cote de Texas Interview. I sat down for a quick interview this week with the blog. 160; Well – that’s not exactly the truth – I actually sat down with my computer and answered a few questions sent to me via email. Somehow pretending I was interviewed in a studio with lights and cameras sounds more romantic than just typing out a few quick answers. Look Ma – no art! As the...

Thursday, April 29, 2010. No Derby party this year, it's just as well since I can't find my 20 odd silver julep cups! Maybe next year. In the meantime, I had to at least attempt a Derby "table scape" to share. That julep cup should be polished, frosted and filled with crushed ice, simple syrup, mint and bourbon, not an old candle. I could have sworn we had more bourbon than that. I'm looking forward to next year and the 137th Run for the Roses AND a return to hosting parties! Please join Susan at BNOTP.
