A dash of garlic butter. 1 can of corned beef. O’Brien potatoes (cubed and pre-fried). Heat oil and butter, add corned beef, sautee for about 2 minutes then add potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Done! Soba in a jiffy. Soba noodles (four “bushels” for four servings). 1) 1/2 cup of soy sauce. 2) 1 cup chicken broth.
