Just another WordPress.com site. Well, I’ve been home since Monday and things are getting better (thank goodness.) I am still feeling a bit weak, though. I think this is to be expected seeing as how I’m definitely not getting as much nutrition as my body is used to, and once I’m healed, this will all catch up with itself. I did wake up today with some bathroom issues (ugggh) but at least I finally went. What would I expect after not eating anything solid for two weeks? Day 9 →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Down 15.5 pounds as of this morning and can visually see a difference… I myself see the changes as does my husband. My boobs have shrunk😦 I knew it would happen. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. I've made a few poor food choices lately. I got an awesome deal on some all natural potato chips (they were free! So I bought them. And ate them. Not much, maybe half a bag over the past month, but I think that was too much. I also ate some Easter candy - which gave me my first experience with dumping syndrome. Saturday, April 16, 2011. These Are Not My Pants (or are they? I haven't been to Curves in a few weeks. I injured my shoulder and am now going to physical therapy. My diagnosis is internal rotation tendonitis. I'll be going 3 days a week for a month and hopefully that'll relive the swelling, get rid of the pain and strengthen my shoulder.
