Pulite e tagliate a pezzettini le pesche, aggiungete poi un paio di cucchiai di zucchero (prendendoli da quelli già della ricetta). Mescolate ora il mascarpone e lo zucchero rimanente con la panna montata, unite poi le pesche a pezzettini.
