There is a certain amount of excitement mixed with nervous energy in our departure. Knowing we have 18 to 20 days ahead of us with nothing but ocean is something we have not tackled before. A cruising family's tale. Monday, July 5, 2010. Swimming, Snorkelling, Surfing, Storms. French Polynesia has been a wonderful stop and our last island of Bora Bora is no exception. We have spent over a week here very actively. This activity consisted of snorkeling and swimming, kayaking and boogie board tows but we also fortunate to anchor off a small resort island where there was a great learning surf break over sand. When the island was not in use by the resort, which was most of the time, it was ours.

A cruising family's tale. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Beautiful isolation and Crazy Carnival. The time has come too soon to say goodbye to the people we have been sailing in company with since Turkey. This, I think is the down side of cruising. You meet wonderful people, enjoy their company and then at some time have to part company as your plans are taking you in opposite directions. We wave goodbye to our friends and head out of Prickley Bay Grenada bound for Los Rocas and the Arve Islands of Venezuela.

U' shape sea going galley is located on the port side with the navigation desk to starboard. Aft is the master cabin with a queensize berth and ensuite. Forward of the saloon on port is a twin bunk cabin and on starboard is the second bathroom/head. The double 'V' berth is further forward again. Pactor 11 USB Modum.
