Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Arnold Grummer Papermaking - Easy Paper Snowflake Photo Background. Hustle and bustle of the holiday season is here. There is still so much to do before Christmas Day. My last post for this year had to be fairly easy and quick. Using ordinary white copy paper and adding some Arnold Grummer Iridescent Flakes. To the mix, I made two simple sheets of paper flecked with sparkle. Follow the basic paper making process that can be viewed at this video link. Use the coupon code:.

Just A Thought Or Two...: June 2014

Monday, June 23, 2014. Arnold Grummer's Papermaking - Paper Casting 3-D Shapes. While processing pulp for casting in molds for the last project, an idea came to try and sculpt a three-dimensional shape using the left over pulp. Experimenting with crafting material of any kind just happens to be something I enjoy doing. It's fun to push the limits of materials and play with combining products because that's how new techniques and ideas are created in my opinion. The mesh used was Amaco WireForm Metal Mesh.

Monday, November 17, 2014. Arnold Grummer Papermaking - Surface Technique. It is always a challenge to come up with something a bit different for the posts I do for the Arnold Grummer Papermaking blog. It seems that I have this "habit" of never wanting to just make a single sheet of paper or make a single paper casting square. To me it's always about experimenting or trying something new or at least a new twist on an existing technique. Complete Guide to Paper Casting". Also by Arnold Grummer. Before dry...

With the beginning of this new month comes the end of the school year, graduations and Father's Day. Here are some ideas for either gifts or displays. Here we are on the very last day of the month and I would like to share a few projects that I created using some of the fun items we received from Deflect-o. To hang inside, I used the white banner hangers once again. There are a few other items that I hope to work into other projects still to come. What's fun is ...

Just A Thought Or Two...: March 2015

Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Arnold Grummer Papermaking Blog - Springtime Decorations. Not only at Christmas time has there been a tree used as part of holiday decorations in my house. So I had a "brain storm" to try another version of an Easter tree and incorporate Easter ornaments made from paper pulp. This little tree, constructed from a small branch cut from a dormant hydrangea bush, becomes a sweet decoration for spring or Easter. Combine 1/4 cup of cotton rag pulp. To form the eggs, start by adding the...
