Snow One Like You: June 2011

Snow One Like You. Painting a Song with Prose. Some people paint. Some write and perform music. Others ply the power of words. How I wish I could do something like that. The other day I heard a beautiful performance of How Great Thou Art, which had been arranged by the performer. The song gave me chills. Earlier today I read a blog that nearly moved me to tears. Some paintings play on the strings of my heart. After the market, we walked over to Voodoo Donuts. They had some pretty cool donuts with dif...

Tuesday, July 03, 2007. On the way home, we stopped by the Mesa temple and enjoyed the citrus trees (whose fruit apparently makes "Holy Juice" according to Gwen), the intricate cactus garden, and the reflection ponds around the temple. All in all, a great day. Posted by Danielle Koberstein @ 10:01 PM. Posted by Danielle Koberstein @ 9:47 PM. Sarah and Grant Jackson. Mark and Tina Cox. Summer Fun, Somethings begun! Monday, September 13, 2004. 3 rules of thumb:. 1) Teachers should be well educated in integrating technology before incorporating it into the classroom. (Nicole). 2)Technology does not take the responsibility away from the teacher, neither does it replace the teacher (mine). 3) To make technology work in the classroom, students need to give the program intelligence and not the other way around (Caroline). Thursday, May 25, 2006. There's not much to tell at the moment, since we are mostly just waiting on the arrival of our baby girl. My bellly is feeling big and full and the baby feels restless (almost as restless as I am! I can't wait to be a mom! This is me a week ago. "in full bloom" would be a good description of that look! Snow One Like You: March 2010

Snow One Like You. Oh, and being able to go to a sound-dampening room to scream is also a nice option. Sometimes you just gotta yell and scream. Sometimes its the only thing to do. Noisy as a fire truck, you just got to open up.". Sometimes I really feel like screaming. It is not that life is horrible or anything, but sometimes I just enjoy letting out stress in the form of screaming. For some inexplicable reason, screaming can relieve stress even better than exercising or scrubbing tubs. I am serving a ...

Snow One Like You: April 2011
http://snowonelikeyou.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Snow One Like You. I wrote a poem and wanted to share it somewhere. It is kind of long. I hope you like it. I walk down the trail. What am I looking for? I am not even sure. I don’t walk. I stroll. I move without direction. I have a purpose, but no guidance. I strive for something, but what is it? On the trail, I stop. Why should I follow a path? It leads to somewhere,. But not the somewhere I want. The question consumes my mind. Cheshire cat, oh how well you knew what you said! Time is of the essence.

Sunday, June 18, 2006. This site seems to have been down a lot recently. But now that it is up and running, I'll post! Baby Dawna is doing well.she is glad to have a real belly button now in lieu of a yucky looking pinched cord. So far, she has been a good eater, good sleeper, and a good pooper (she's successfully got us both with her explosive bum.but we love her anyway! It's wonderful being a mom! My little girl is so sweet! Posted by Danielle Koberstein @ 6:50 PM. Sarah and Grant Jackson.
