Gliders I have flown. May 17, 2015. There are glider pilots I’ve read about online who have flown as many as 50 different gliders. I’m nowhere near that number – and likely never will be – but my own list of 21 is slowly growing. (Links are to Wikipedia.). LET L-23 Super Blanik. Diamond HK36 Super Dimona (Motor Glider). The number of glider manufacturers has declined over the years. Although Wikipedia lists pretty much everyone who has ever made a glider. Give it a try! Want to become a glider pilot?

Two hundred Paratroopers from the U.S. Army’s famed 82nd Airborne Division will jump from four USAF C-17s aircraft into the Reno Stead airport at 10 am Thursday, August 4.
