The Thought Tree: Normalness.
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2015/07/normalness.html
Friday, July 3, 2015. I want to report I am a normal Jessica again now. Highlights this week, other than just feeling OK about my life, include helping clear out this store room at work. I ended up bringing home 4 wooden boxes (you can see one just to the right of centre in the first photo) which I will paint white and use as shelves in my closet. Happy thought indeed. This post is mainly to mark the time until the next post, which will be a "what I did on my holidays" post, God-willing. 4 years in braces.

The Thought Tree: April 2015
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Boots, hospitality in homes, bread. Due to the easter long weekend I didn't want to go to the shops, so I used what I had, and this was amazing. Some church friends had a house warming, which they put a lot of effort into! A fire in a bathtub, a lot of free couches off gumtree. Their backyard is huge. I bought new boots! Then ate the bread like this. Antipasto with leftover deli meat from work! Picnic in the backyard! I have discovered that doing hospitality at home has many ad...

The Thought Tree: August 2015
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 28, 2015. Poppins, Aroma, animals, moving the furniture around. Maitland had another food festival, this one called Aroma. It was fantastic weather, the carpark at the river was really well decorated and there was a lot of good food. I went for a couple of hours with 2 women from church. We discovered a room with cats to cuddle. This is Percy having a cuddle. I have now owned Percy for a year. One of my colleagues brought their puppy Ted to work. 3 months old. I have sweet pea flowers!

The Thought Tree: November 2014
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2014. Half holiday, walk, Mudgee. After Belgenny, i worked one day back at tocal then took some time off. I have been feeling like life is a long to do list, just have to get this done then survive this then make it through that etc etc. Had fish and chips at coogee, went to see Kate and Mia for afternoon tea, booked a bed at katoomba YHA for the night, and drove to katoomba. Cheese lunch, nice cafe. Now I've decided to get budgeting again. I just set up my recurring expenses, I'...

The Thought Tree: December 2014
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2014. I don't have a lot to say, just a bunch of photos to record what has been going on. Had a lovely catchup with JK, over a Ent Book seafood platter. This is my Christmas tree. This is JK making dutch pancakes. JK spent Christmas Day with me and my family which was very enjoyable. And we did some crochet on Boxing Day, and ate these then. This is a family tradition, Binfire, plus friends. My jurlique cage order! When I had visitors over and realised I REALLY should get a table.

The Thought Tree: October 2014
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 31, 2014. Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Goulburn, the wall. Here are sundry photos. First, video of my 2nd cello lesson. A doorstep gift from a friend at church. The shed in Goulburn that I emptied and demolished with mum. Visiting grandparents in nursing home for happy hour. Finally giving in to a lifetime of temptation and drawing Switch Pig. A giant moth at work today, with my keys for scale. Monday, October 20, 2014. Too tired, things that make me happy #1. Anyway I’ve been cruis...

The Thought Tree: Holiday! IKEA and Field Days in one trip.
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2015/07/holiday-ikea-and-field-days-in-one-trip.html
Sunday, July 19, 2015. IKEA and Field Days in one trip. There were two legs to the holiday. JK and I went to Sydney for a weekend, to do lovely Sydney things and see lovely Sydney people. First stop was meeting Elsie at Kurtosh in Crows Nest. Its bigger than the randwick one but I like it as much. On Monday we went to IKEA, and we bought a few things but spent under $100 each. Then we drove to Mudgee! Part 2, Mudgee, we hit a cafe and sat in the sun doing craft. We painted nails with little girls. On the...

The Thought Tree: July 2014
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 28, 2014. CPW, offers, anticipating. I got a couple of things at just jeans for only $6 each on the weekend, which brought back teenaged memories. I felt a bit bad because I didn't need them, but I just made myself look in my drawers and remove two things to the PJs and Jillian drawer. From that drawer I occasionally chuck things out because they don't last long once I'm using them for workouts. Once August is done, I'm going to plan a trip to armidale for a few days. I've been able to share...

The Thought Tree: February 2015
http://jessisthinking.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2015. I'm halfway through my second term of lessons, and I am making pretty good progress. My teacher always says I'm doing well. I'm ahead of the average! I'm pretty impatient though, I want cello to be easy like piano is. So I've had varying levels of satisfaction in my progress. The first couple of lessons were magic, because I WAS PLAYING THE CELLO! Some dumplings in Newcastle. Some roses I saw last night. I am out of limbo land and a proper permanent employee! If you have a 9am ...
