Saturday, February 19, 2011. Since receiving numerous farm toys for Christmas, our boys are VERY into farming. Farm toys have now become the MOST played with toys in our household (and that includes farm puzzles for Colin! They must be tuning into their surroundings with life here in Iowa - no longer city slickers? Colin sleeps with his farm animals at ALL times - they are ALMOST as special as puppy these days. Eli spends a lot of time on the floor playing with his tractors and setting up his barns.

Thursday, April 22, 2010. I know.2 posts in one day when I haven't had one in weeks. I just had a few more things I wanted to add and the Easter one was getting to long. What else has been going on in our world? We replaced the pathfinder with a 2007 Nissan Altima. It's kind of fun to have a car again! Eli is obsessed with it (well he's just obsessed with cars, trucks, buses, semis, motorcycles - really anything that has a motor), but he loves to tell everyone about "Daddy's" new car. You need a TIME OUT!

Monday, March 7, 2011. These two have also not had a picture since our wedding - still not sure they look old enough to be grandparents :). Colin also experienced his first crush this weekend.he has eyes for Casey. He wanted to be sitting with her all the time and he kept looking up at her and batting his eyes. Didn't make a peep the whole time and if you've been around Colin lately you know that is NOT the norm - he doesn't stop talking! Look at how peaceful his face is. Love you Grandma Jayne!

Monday, January 4, 2010. Where else would we rather be than with these two? Cooking it up in the kitchen. Oh great - they found the water! Of course we found our way to the music, instruments AND a stage? The end - too tired to stand up and acting completely silly. Monday, March 14, 2011. Growing up it was the farm equipment of choice for the Knuth family was John Deere - this was drilled into our heads - green is better. My brothers didn't even own one red toy tractor. Funny how some things change.my boys are now getting Massy Ferguson drilled into their heads (again, very much adapting to their surroundings! Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Our Colin turned TWO! I went out on a limb and made his cake for him. Erin and Zoey came over to on Friday to help - we had a lot of fun and the end product turned out really well. The boys trying their best to get a bite! 65279;. He was so excited when we were singing him Happy Birthday. More brotherly love - can't you tell how much Colin loves it! New tricycle - big hit! Eli trying to give poor Aiden a ride in the firetruck. What a blessing he is..

Saturday, July 31, 2010. Friday, July 30, 2010. Saturday afternoon auntie Kayla came to town. We ran some errands and went to the park on Saturday evening. Then Sunday was pool day! It was so nice having her here - kind of like old times :). LOVE, LOVE this picture! Thank you for coming to visit us :). We spent the 4th in the Wisconsin Northwoods with the Tetzlaffs. It was a weekend filled with some time on the boat, a parade, a little playing in the rain, a LOT of great food and great company.

Monday, May 3, 2010. In traditional fashion, we had a girls night on the town to celebrate Kayla's upcoming wedding to Bobby - for Kayla we went Chicago Style. Here are a few pics before we headed out for the evening. My beautiful mother and her beautiful sisters. And the whole family (that was present) - some of my favorite women. Ashley, Kayla, and I.
