One person's scrapping compulsion: October 2014
http://scrappingcompulsion.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
One person's scrapping compulsion. Wednesday, October 29, 2014. 2 more w/ Fancy Pants. Here are 2 more layouts I made with it:. With those bold patterns it was easier to use them in little bits. So I used the back of one of the papers and then trimmed the strips out of another. Add a little bit of ribbon and a double mat for the photo. A little more embellishment and journaling and you're done. Here's the other layout I made:. I used mists and a stencil for the background. Hope you have a scrappy day!

SPEEDY SCRAPPERS: Cards for Dad
http://speedyscrappers.blogspot.com/2014/09/cards-for-dad.html
Wednesday, September 17, 2014. The second card is 4.25" x 5.25", also with a brown cardstock base. I used the B side of Trilby and embossed the paper with a gears embossing folder. I highlighted the embossing with a brown inkpad and attached it to the card. The "Greatest Dad ever" label was cut from the Sidecar paper and pop dotted to the card. You can get the fantastic Sears and Son line at the Speedy Scrappers store. Thanks for stopping by and have a happy day! September 17, 2014 at 8:20 AM.

SPEEDY SCRAPPERS: Quick cards w/ Ange
http://speedyscrappers.blogspot.com/2014/09/quick-cards-w-ange.html
Friday, September 26, 2014. Quick cards w/ Ange. Quick cards are the way to go in my book. I want them to look like they took a lot of time, but be fairly simple. I think one of the best ways to do that is to use pp for your background. The problem with that is making sure the inside works to write a little note to the recipient. For this card I wanted to use the PL style notecard, from Telegraph Road. By Kaisercraft, on the front and decided it would look great over the Memo. These are great cards!

SPEEDY SCRAPPERS: Violet Crush Card
http://speedyscrappers.blogspot.com/2014/09/violet-crush-card.html
Wednesday, September 24, 2014. Hi, Joan here today, sharing a 7"x5" card I made, using Kaisercraft's Violet Crush collection. This is such a pretty line of papers and embellishments! I used the following papers: Plum and the B side of Lily and then added the word card from Iris. Two of the butterflies from the Collectibles pack were added last with pop dots. Since it's on a black card base, I will use a white gel pen to write a message on the inside of the card. Go to the Speedy Scrappers store.
