Sunday, February 14, 2010. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup white sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup mashed bananas. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 18 to 20 minutes. Idea from Wilton Cupcake Fun book. 1 recipe of your favorite cupcakes (24 cupcakes). 1 recipe sugar cookies (I used the Wilton one below and here. 2 tsp baking powder.
