In the process he came up with a veggie burger which not only looked good but also tasted great. Here is the recipe for it. 4 large potatoes-Boiled and mashed. 1 small cauliflower- blanched and grated. 1 cup of boiled and mashed green peas. 1 cup of boiled and mashed soy beans. 1 large onion-cut finely. 2 celery stalks-cut finely.

Getting a few tips for this 'Gramathu kozhi kulambu' (Village style chicken Curry) we tried it and it tasted great. This is a very simple recipe and worth trying. 1 large Onion -chopped small. 8 cloves of garlic -chopped. Heat 3 table spoons of oil in a vessel. Add the onion and a little salt. Add the chicken and mix well. Finally garnish with cilantro.

Feb 1, 2010. Add 1/5 cup of vinegar and 1/2 spoon turmeric in 3 lbs meat. Leave this for more than 1/2 hour. Drain the vinegar and wash the meat well (this is to remove the wild smell). 3 onions : Cut small. Cook(medium high heat) the meat in a close container for 1/2 an hour. Separate the water(if any) from the meat. Do not throw the water. In a separate vessel heat oil. Add bay leaves and onion. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the meat to this and fry well.
