Hope u enjoy it. 1 whole Cauliflower - cut into bite sized pieces. 50 gms thick Curd. 1 tbs Coriander pwd. 1 tbs Cumin pwd. 1 tbs whole Cumin. 1 tbs Chilli pwd. For those who Love and Live to Eat. Wednesday, August 13, 2008. The extremely popular Bengali mishti doi. Is a very thick cake-like yogurt sweetened with sugar or gur. And allowed to ferment in an earthen pot. The following is the recipe for the traditional mishti doi. Be careful not to overbake, it can get dry. If you want a slight change, add some powdered elaichi. To it before baking or garnish with pistachios, almonds and saffron strands while serving! Serves about 4 people. 1 tin condensed milk.

Recipe I've been making different versions with grated vegetables added pretty often. I love how easy they are to make, and I love to think I'm adding nutritional value with all the veggies. And best of all, they're unfermented- I dont seem to have much luck with the fermentation process :(. Were in my mind, I absolutely needed. 1 cup rice flour. 5-6 curry...

As base. Butternut squash is sweet by itself (I'd say it tastes the same but is a bit sweeter than the pumpkin) and the recipe I wanted to make. 4 lb butternut squash, chopped into 1" cubes. 5 stalks celery , chopped into 1" pieces. 1 big leek, slice the light-green and white parts. 5-6 pieces garlic, minced.
