Sweet nutty fruity moist banana, walnut, date and fig loaf. My first attempt was a disaster at best, I really didn’t know what I was doing or baking. In fact I still can’t tell what I was trying to make at that time. I started to get the hang of it from my second bake though and I have to say I absolutely love baking. I don’t know why I didn’t start earlier! Prep and Cooking time: 1hr 10mins. 1 1/2 cup. all purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/3 cup. raw sugar. 1/2 cup. coconut oil.
