Our system is flawed, but everyone has a right to a fair trial and will at least have the opportunity to prove that they are innocent in a court of law, right? Our prison system is a mess. An aggravating, infuriating, mess that no one seems to talk about because these people are criminals, so, fuck ‘em. Kalief Browder, a 16 year old kid arrested for stealing another kids backpack, got the worst of everything.
