When I was in college I got the idea to plan her a 40th birthday. My dad made me tell her (I wanted it to be a surprise), so I designed an invitation and mailed it to her. She adamantly refused a party! So I was thrilled when she was actually ok with us throwing her a 50th party! It ended up being the best party ever! It was classy, elegant, and fun! Outside....

Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Ezra had his 2 month check-up and first shots. Apparently my little "Chubster" isn't so chubby! He is 11lbs 2oz (Aubri was 10 lbs, 14 oz at this time) and 23 inches long. That puts him at the 34th percentile for weight and 51st for height! The doctor said "he is skinny, but skinny is good." I don't think I'd go so far as to say skinny! Friday, August 23, 2013. This year, Five Cities Vineyard Church had our first ever Vacation Bible School! It was a daunting undertaking, but went so well! I had a lot of volunteers who lent a hand, and everything came together. Stage for Moosic and More and Friendship Finale. We were able to borrow most of the props! The back drop is a painted drop cloth, and the silo is 2 trash cans stacked and wrapped with red paper! Zacchaeus stage made with PVC pipe and a sheet. Stained pallet wood signs for stations.

Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Time is flying faster than I can blog! Ezra is now 7 months (and 10 days, but who is counting? That same afternoon he discovered that he was a hot stuff. He starting pulling himself up on everything! In fact, crawling is for wimps. He crawls only as far as he needs to find the nearest place to stand up. It was funny because for a couple of days he didn't know what to do when he wanted to sit, but he has learned to bend his knees to kneel down. Today his first tooth popped out!
