Hazel's House Blog: Peachy's First Camping Trip
http://todayslittlepoem.blogspot.com/2012/05/peachy-his-first-camping-experience.html
Sunday, May 20, 2012. Peachy's First Camping Trip. Peachy had his first camping experience this weekend, and Blueberry had her 6th or so. Stanley and I had our 60-somethingth. It consisted of (but was not limited to):. A hammock or two. The biggest tarp ever. Wine in the shower. Now the kids are in bed, the camping stuff is unpacked, the laundry is going, and I should be showering but instead I am blogging. Dumb dumb dumbity dumb. Blueberry enjoyed swinging with her friends, whose pseudonyms escape me.

Saturday, November 27, 2010. Hazel's Shop, and Hazel's Other Blog. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We trekked 4 blocks to our friends' house for our meal. Today we had a second Thanksgiving at some other friends' house. Our cups run over. I've been updating my Etsy shop. At her when she's standing at the gate. This has something to do with some movie Stanley saw about a prisoner's revolt or something. Hope you have a great week! Hosted by Hazel Spupspe. Links to this post. Hosted by Hazel Spupspe.

Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Hazel Checks in with No Bags. Today my friend Lucille* came by for a visit and brought her sweet baby Almond* so that the babies could play and get re-acquainted. I took about 30 pictures and picked the one above because it does not involve Blueberry yanking Almond's ear, picking Almond's nose, putting her hand over Almond's eyes, or moving around and making her head, arms or legs blurry. Instructions. Here it is:. I also made two sun dresses for Blueberry using these. If you want...

Saturday, April 24, 2010. An Incomplete Summary of What's Happening with Hazel Lately. Yesterday Blueberry and I had our friends Lucille* and Tori* and Lucille's baby Almond* over for tea. It was delightful. Tori used to live in Minnesota but moved away in December, so Blueberry hadn't met her yet, but no doubt remembers hearing her voice at all those camping trips last summer. See the Strawberry on Blueberry's rear? That was no accident! I really like how nothing screams "baby" but everything looks swee...

Tuesday, June 14, 2011. More Space, Less Space. Stanley is leaving tomorrow (Wednesday) for a 5-day canoe fishing trip to the Boundary Waters. Seven other guys are going. The fishing is supposed to be amazing. Hope he takes lots of pictures. We used to go backpacking all the time and I am a little envious watching him load up his backpack. Just noticed he's got an ax. I'll have to ask him what that's for. Not that I don't trust him. I'm looking forward to backpacking with the Blueb when she is older.

Hazel's House Blog: October 2011

Monday, October 31, 2011. I wasn't going to do a costume this year, yet Blueberry ended up with not one, but THREE costumes. I just recently organized her clothes and fortuitously found this at the back of a drawer just in time for Halloween. Our friend Sally* gave it to her last year, after Halloween, for use during this Halloween, and now it fits her, so this was her first costume of the day. It's a cute costume. How do I know it's a cute costume? Because it says "cute costume". Hosted by Hazel Spupspe.

Thursday, September 23, 2010. Hazel Deduces and Pursues Her Passion. I'm going back to work! I'm embarking on a new venture! The kind of work God usually calls you to is the kind of work (a) that you need most to do and (b) that the world needs most to have done. The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet. Did somebody say "Worksheet"? Hazel had a baby. And now she's going to follow her passion. This new venture is two-fold:. OR should I ask, who?
